I'm actually not surprised by the agnst and nerd rage amongst Joe Fans. To me, it's just a silly litte hobby I have fun with, borrowing money for DG Joes notwithstanding lol. To a lot of Joe fans, this movie was supposed to bring on a golden age of GI Joe, not seen since the mid-80's. I'm sure they had dreams of wave upon wave of glorious 25th remakes and a plethora of wicked ass cool toys for the next 5 years due to the momentum of Retaliation being a Hollywood Blockbuster.At the end of the day it's just a movie. No movie has ever improved upon the human condition or drastically altered the course of the world.I'm actually not surprised by this, Joe 2's prospects weren't that good in the first place considering it's tough competition this summer. It's most likely a shitty movie to begin with,but for some people (ok maybe a lot) G.I.Joe is their life and this is crushing news. I think I'm finally begining to understand the existence of this blog in the first place...
